The Island’s core educational programs for Boston public middle school students combines field science, social-emotional learning, and outdoor challenges — all infused with Outward Bound’s unique approach to promoting compassion, leadership, and service. Funded by philanthropy, private events, and fee-for-service offerings, their public school programs are offered at no cost to families.
