The Opportunity

The Partnership Advisor is a crucial role within Stand Together’s development team. Reporting to the Managing Director, Partnerships, the Partnership Advisor serves as a preferred philanthropic partner with some of the country’s most successful business people and entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative and entrepreneurial fundraiser with experience cultivating major and mega gifts ranging from seven to nine figures. This individual will work closely with a successful team and exceptional donor partners to solve complex societal problems.

The Partnership Advisor should bring at least seven years of demonstrated experience in originating, cultivating, and stewarding donor relationships, with a proven track record of soliciting transformational gifts; key attributes include humility, integrity, a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, excitement about Stand Together’s vision and values, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The role involves driving Moves Management plans for multiple concurrent projects and funding opportunities, with the flexibility to travel within the United States to engage with high-net-worth donors and support Stand Together’s philanthropic initiatives.
