Year Up has spent the last two decades giving young people an opportunity to secure a solid foothold in the world of work or pursue a professional degree. Year Up’s mission is to close the “Opportunity Divide” by ensuring young adults gain the skills, experiences, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through careers and higher education. Through an intensive yearlong program, young adults gain the skills necessary to be successful: networking and mentoring, work experience, and support and guidance in navigating the job search process. A robust alumni program continues the lifelong support for Year Up graduates.
