The Opportunity

Stanford University is seeking a Senior Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Specialist to provide best-in-class customer service and guidance on complex employment issues. Working across the University, the ELR Specialist will provide advice, counsel, and training in employee relations and labor relations matters to Human Resources managers, employees, and other members of the Stanford community.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and collaborative team player who takes a consultative approach when working with internal partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable, intellectually curious, and analytical professional to join a high-performing team in pushing Stanford forward.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000.
