Sullivan joins Lindauer from Graham-Pelton, a well-known fundraising consulting firm for nonprofit organizations. As Chief Client Services Officer and one of the most senior executives in the company, she steered the firm’s approach to providing clients with the knowledge, expertise, and resources that power their philanthropy. Advising on board and leadership engagement, campaign planning, and campaign management, Sullivan positioned her nonprofit clients to operationalize their values and realize their aspirations.
Sullivan’s record of optimizing development teams aligns with Lindauer’s mission of empowering organizations to harness their philanthropic potential, strengthen their cultures, and serve their communities.
With renowned expertise and extensive networks across a range of nonprofits, Sullivan will lead Lindauer’s Independent Schools Practice as one of her responsibilities. Her leadership supports the firm’s expansion of talent services for educational partners around the globe.
