The Opportunity

Boston Children’s Hospital Trust is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director of Principal and Major Gifts to lead philanthropic efforts in the New York Metro Region. This unique position represents a rare opportunity to shape the future of pediatric healthcare through impactful fundraising, while developing and expanding the Trust’s network in one of the most influential regions in the nation.

The Director will manage a portfolio of high-potential donors, with the ability to secure six- and seven-figure gifts and drive $2–$5 million in revenue annually. Working alongside senior leaders and faculty, the Director will be at the forefront of pediatric fundraising, building lasting relationships with donors to support the hospital’s ambitious goals.

This role requires an individual with proven expertise in building major and principal gift pipelines in new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The Director will leverage their personal connections and innovative strategies to develop a robust donor base in the New York metro area, positioning the Trust as a philanthropic leader in the region.
