The Opportunity

Colorado College is seeking an Associate Vice President for Advancement Operations (AVP) to lead its advancement operations strategy.

The AVP will be instrumental in managing the infrastructure and central services essential to supporting fundraising and engagement efforts. This role will focus on driving data strategy, business intelligence, records management, donor stewardship, and gift administration to advance the college’s mission.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in advancement operations or business intelligence, with at least five years managing teams. They will oversee a team of nine professionals and report directly to the Vice President for Advancement. The AVP will work collaboratively across divisions to drive innovative strategies that enhance fundraising, engagement, and technology systems.
