The Opportunity

La Colaborativa seeks a Director of Development to lead the organization’s fundraising efforts and drive the growth needed to sustain and expand its impact. This role will be crucial in ensuring the organization’s long-term financial sustainability while advancing its mission to support Latinx immigrants.

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the Director of Development will be responsible for creating and executing strategic fundraising plans, with a particular focus on cultivating and diversifying revenue streams. The ideal candidate will be systems-minded, operationally savvy, and will build, manage, and oversee fundraising operations and processes.
