The Opportunity
As it approaches its 25th anniversary, Tech Goes Home seeks a Chief Executive Officer who will build on the organization’s progress in advancing digital equity while expanding its impact across Massachusetts and the nation.
Embodying TGH’s foundational principles of access and equity, the CEO will be instrumental in providing underserved families, students, and job seekers with the tools, skills, and support they need to succeed in today’s tech-driven world.
This role offers the opportunity to shape a forward-thinking strategy that addresses one of the most critical social issues of our time: digital equity. In recent years, Tech Goes Home has made great strides toward closing the digital divide that is preventing so many people from building the lives they want for themselves and their families. Last year, TGH served over 6,000 learners, distributed over 5,700 digital devices, scaled its impact to 37 cities across Massachusetts, and launched a new pilot program in Detroit, Michigan.
To vault the organization to even greater heights, the CEO will work closely with a talented team, engaged Board, a committed cadre of philanthropic investors, and a growing number of community partners to scale TGH’s programs, enhance fundraising efforts, and deepen its transformative work across diverse communities nationwide.
This is a chance to make a profound difference, championing technology as a pathway to economic empowerment, educational attainment, and a lifetime of opportunity for all.
