St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, founded by the Benedictine Monks in 1868, has a rich history of educating and empowering students from diverse backgrounds. The Opportunity

St. Benedict’s Preparatory School is seeking an Assistant Director of Prospect Research to play a vital role in supporting the school’s donor engagement and fundraising efforts. This newly created position will organize, develop, and manage a comprehensive donor research program that will enable the Advancement team to cultivate and engage donors effectively.

By preparing detailed donor profiles, conducting in-depth research, and contributing to donor strategy meetings, the Assistant Director will help shape the school’s future fundraising success, particularly in preparation for its upcoming comprehensive campaign.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Advancement team to identify new prospects, support grant proposals, and maintain accurate donor information within the development database.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher who has excellent organizational skills and thrives in a collaborative environment.
