The Opportunity
The Assistant Vice Chancellor for Advancement Services (AVC) role is central to shaping the future of University Advancement at UMass Dartmouth. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement, this strategic role directs essential operations in advancement, including gift and finance administration, prospect research, data management, and analytics.
As a member of the senior management team, the AVC will advocate for improvements that strengthen the University’s fundraising operations, conduct data-informed analysis to support decision-making, and manage a range of advancement functions in alignment with the University’s mission. The AVC will develop and implement innovative practices that enhance efficiency and support UMass Dartmouth’s external engagement and fundraising goals.
