To imagine new possibilities and reach new heights, Santa Clara seeks an Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy Services (AVP) who will lead a robust and efficient team of 30 full-time employees across the areas of advancement services, campaigns, donor relations, and prospect management and analytics.

As the AVP ensures cohesion within the Philanthropy Services team, they will also play a vital role in promoting success and efficiency across the University’s Development Division.

The AVP should bring a track record of creating efficient and effective systems, expertise in advancement services best practices, and an ability to inspire the team to reach their highest potential. The salary range for this position is $164,200 – $229,900, commensurate with experience.
