The Opportunity
The newly created role of Associate Vice President for Capital Giving, Major Gifts and Gift Planning (AVP/CG) presents an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking, strategic leader to contribute to Penn’s best-in-class development program.
Overseeing Penn’s centralized major gifts and gift planning programs, the AVP/CG will lead a talented team to strengthen donor engagement and build a robust prospect pipeline. The AVP/CG will work closely with the Senior Associate Vice President for Development, Capital Giving, to drive key initiatives and increase levels of philanthropic support that advance University-wide fundraising priorities.
