The Opportunity

The T.D. Jakes Foundation is poised for transformative growth under the guidance of its new strategic plan and the dynamic leadership of President and CEO Kelley Cornish. To help lead this change, the Foundation is seeking a Chief Advancement and Impact Officer (CAIO). Reporting directly to President Cornish, the CAIO will be instrumental in building the infrastructure needed to elevate the Foundation’s mission, foster philanthropic growth, and expand its global reach.

As a key member of the leadership team, the CAIO will lead the development team, leveraging cutting-edge technology and the Foundation’s extensive resources to drive major fundraising initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Chairman T.D. Jakes, President Cornish, and other high-profile stakeholders, engaging current and new donors to secure unrestricted funds.
