The Opportunity

Parish Episcopal School is seeking an experienced Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to play a pivotal role in advancing the School’s mission through strategic and effective fundraising initiatives. The CAO will work closely with the Head of School to lead a significant, eight-figure comprehensive giving campaign, focusing on capital projects, endowment fund growth, and increasing annual fund gifts.

This role is essential for the School’s continued growth and success, requiring a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing large and complex teams.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CAO will collaborate with the School and Endowment Boards and related committees to establish and maintain relationships with parents, grandparents, alumni, and other donors.
