The Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts (CFWM) is committed to increasing equity and opportunity so that all who live in its region have access to a satisfying quality of life. CFWM, a catalyst for positive change, encourages philanthropy; assesses and responds to emerging and changing needs; serves as a resource and coordinator for charitable activities, and promotes efficiency in the management of charitable funds to solve problems and contribute to the common good. Working across three counties (urban and rural), the Foundation harnesses the energy of its stakeholders to realize its mission of shared prosperity, social equity, and cultural richness.
