The Opportunity
Relay Graduate School of Education seeks a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead sales, business development, and marketing initiatives that increase enrollment and expand the institution’s impact on teacher and leader development nationwide.
Reporting to the President, the CGO will build Relay’s business development function, with a strategic focus on enhancing market presence and revenue. Playing a pivotal part in Relay’s mission to support educators and students across the United States, this role will cultivate new partnerships with schools and districts while strengthening existing relationships.
With substantial responsibility for Relay’s growth strategy and revenue generation, the CGO will oversee a team focused on marketing, communications, and relationship management. In alignment with Relay’s mission and values, the CGO will develop sales and partnership strategies that are responsive to the needs of the education sector, positioning Relay as the top choice in educator preparation and leadership development. Supported by data on the effectiveness of Relay’s programs, the CGO will collaborate with Relay’s leadership to align programming, policy, and innovation, driving a sustainable revenue path toward a goal of exceeding $50 million annually.
