The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Global Advancement Officer, ASU Foundation, the inaugural Director of Advancement, Midwest, will serve as a leader in an emerging market. This newly created position reflects ASU’s tremendous growth as well as its ambitions to expand access to its innovative educational offerings. Working across University units and collaboratively with ASU Foundation colleagues and ASU partners, the Director will lead a comprehensive development program that taps into the vast potential for raising philanthropic support from both individual and corporate partners in the Midwest.

The Director of Advancement, Midwest, will serve as a key liaison for the ASU Foundation, leveraging the strengths of the University to promote priority programs of relevance or interest in the region.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and have demonstrated experience developing strategic plans with internal and external stakeholders to advance critical institutional goals and objectives.
