The Opportunity

As Jupiter Medical Center Foundation continues to expand its capacity, it seeks a Director of Data Analytics to oversee the development data functions and lead a team dedicated to data-driven fundraising strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Director will play a crucial role in maintaining the Raiser’s Edge NXT database, liaising between the hospital and Foundation, and guiding prospect research and management strategies to drive campaign success.

This role requires expertise in campaign reporting, data management, and advanced analytics, with an eye toward maximizing donor engagement and expanding the prospect pool. With the Foundation moving into the silent phase of its next $500 million campaign, the Director will design and implement proactive strategies to support frontline fundraisers and help grow the donor base. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of data analysis and its role in enhancing fundraising performance while mentoring a dedicated team to achieve excellence.
