The Opportunity

Building on a legacy of scholarly distinction, Crystal is seeking a Director of Development (DoD) to drive philanthropy and stewardship programs for annual and capital campaigns, institutional giving, and endowment. The DoD will join a caring and committed team of colleagues as well as a community of exceptional faculty and students. Crystal is a place where mission truly matters.

Reporting to the Assistant Head for Advancement and Strategy, the Director of Development will help to foster a collegial and collaborative environment to advance the school’s mission and fundraising goals. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education and an appetite for growth. A mission-driven innovator, the Director should be a creative thinker who is comfortable taking initiative with a proven ability to inspire, lead, motivate, and manage.

The salary range for this position is $185,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience.
