The Opportunity
Thunderbird School of Global Management is seeking a Director of Engagement (Director) to play a crucial role in fundraising and engagement efforts. A key frontline fundraiser, the Director will manage an international portfolio, foster relationships with alumni worldwide, and cultivate major gift donors and prospects.
As a vital member of a three-person team of experienced fundraisers, the Director will actively collaborate as a cross-campus partner to secure major gifts and annual fund support, thereby advancing the mission of both Thunderbird and Arizona State University.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing six- and seven-figure gifts, experience in annual giving and higher education, and a global perspective.
This position reports to the Executive Director of Engagement and will be pivotal in advancing Thunderbird’s mission of preparing agile, ethical leaders for the world.
