The Opportunity

Grants Plus is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Growth to join its Leadership Team. This role is pivotal to shaping the firm’s future by driving revenue growth, optimizing client acquisition, and strengthening brand visibility.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborating with the Founder/Owner, the Director of Growth will lead sales and marketing efforts, integrating strategies that align with Grants Plus’s mission and growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will combine leadership expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to oversee a high-performing sales and marketing team, implement growth strategies, and establish metrics for success. They will also bring experience in nonprofit development or professional services, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs to drive transformative outcomes.
