The Opportunity
A.C.T. seeks a forward-thinking and results-oriented Director of Individual Giving (DoIG) to drive individual and major gift fundraising efforts, overseeing a team of three professionals.
Reporting to the Director of Development, the DoIG will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding donors while overseeing key fundraising strategies. This is a chance to help shape the theater’s future through innovative campaigns, including a forthcoming effort to renovate the historic Toni Rembe Theater and grow A.C.T.’s endowment.

The salary range for this position is $155,000-plus.
