The Opportunity
The Director, Individual Giving (DIG) will play a pivotal leadership role on the Advancement team at GTCUW, overseeing $15 million in revenue and leading a team of six mission-driven fundraising professionals. This position presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned frontline fundraiser to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deepen relationships with major and principal gift donors.
The DIG will manage a personal portfolio with a $500,000 goal and contribute to a broader annual development team revenue target of $30 million, including advancing GTCUW’s $60 million innovation campaign.
Candidates must have a strong background in securing six-figure gifts, experience coaching and managing high-performing teams, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape a community-centered future for one of the nation’s most impactful United Way chapters.
