The Opportunity
St. Paul’s School seeks a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as its next Director of Advancement (DOA). As a key partner to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) and a leader within the Advancement office, the DOA will oversee leadership and planned giving programs while guiding a team of professionals in prospect research, donor relations, and family philanthropy.
Reporting directly to the CAO, the DOA will develop and implement comprehensive strategies for engaging major donors and advancing the School’s fundraising priorities, including capital projects, endowment growth, and unrestricted annual giving. Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 high-net-worth prospects, the DOA will travel extensively to cultivate relationships and drive philanthropic investment.
A passion for education, a commitment to data-driven strategy, and a talent for building relationships are essential in this role.
This is an opportunity to lead within a high-performing advancement team and engage alumni, parents, and community members in meaningful support of St. Paul’s mission.
