The Opportunity
The Executive Director of Development, Neuroscience and Behavioral Health will play a pivotal role in advancing Duke Health’s groundbreaking initiatives in these critical fields.
This leader will oversee fundraising efforts for areas including the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center, Neurology, and Psychiatry, working alongside a collaborative team to secure major and principal gifts that support cutting-edge research, education, and patient care. As a key liaison with faculty, leadership, and grateful patients, this role involves crafting impactful gift strategies that resonate with both donor interests and Duke Health priorities.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Individual Giving, the Executive Director will inspire and guide a high-performing team while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the field on gift strategies that support neuroscience and behavioral health as well as brain tumor and brain cancer-related areas.
