Supported by a robust organizational structure, including a 21-member Board of Directors, a dedicated staff of 50, and led by an inspiring and transformative CEO, HGSF has an annual operating budget of $25 million. Its Executive Leadership Team oversees key functions such as construction, real estate, homeowner development, fund development, and communications.
