The Opportunity

Yale University seeks a visionary Principal Gift Officer (PGO) to join its dynamic Alumni Affairs and Development division.

This pivotal role involves engaging with Yale’s highest-level prospects—individuals capable of contributing transformative gifts of $10 million or more—and advancing the priorities of the ambitious For Humanity campaign. With access to unparalleled resources and a collaborative environment, the PGO will steward relationships with high-net-worth donors along the East Coast, including Florida and New York City.

This opportunity is ideal for an innovative, strategic development professional who thrives in a supportive and well-resourced team setting. The PGO will collaborate closely with Yale’s leadership, including the President, Provosts, and Deans, to inspire philanthropy that reflects Yale’s global mission.
