The Opportunity
Ownership Works seeks a Senior Director, Advancement to build on its momentum and lead its fundraising efforts to new heights. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the expansion of a young, high-impact organization that is reshaping economic opportunity for workers worldwide.
As part of the executive leadership team, the Senior Director will oversee a successful advancement operation, leveraging O.W.’s powerful network of corporate leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic partners. With an established team of five fundraising professionals and a sophisticated Salesforce system, the Senior Director will be tasked with achieving an ambitious $75 million goal by 2030.
Key areas of focus include enhancing a strategic fundraising plan, stewarding top donors and institutional funders, growing major gifts and Board fundraising efforts, and working closely with leadership, including O.W.’s Founder and Board.
