GTCUW’s work in the community spans five distinct areas: 211 resource helpline, nonprofit partnerships, advocacy, innovation, and business partnerships.

The Opportunity

Greater Twin Cities United Way seeks a strong leader and innovative fundraiser to join as a Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships to manage a portfolio of corporate partners and provide strategic direction for a team of dynamic and mission-driven corporate partnership officers. GTCUW has developed great partnerships among corporations in its community and seeks a creative thinker who will help deepen relationships, diversify revenue and engagement streams, and work in close collaboration with colleagues to implement best practices.

With direct oversight of $30 million in annual revenue, the successful candidate will be a thoughtful coach and innovative in their approach to formulating, executing, and prioritizing the needs of the organization and capitalizing on the talents of the current team. An ability to recognize opportunities for efficiency and streamline internal processes and procedures and experience in digital engagement will be helpful.
