The Opportunity
Morehouse College seeks a Senior Director of Regional Development to lead and expand a dynamic team of fundraising professionals while strengthening the College’s regional engagement strategy.
Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Chief Development Officer, the Senior Director will build and execute high-impact fundraising strategies, manage a portfolio of major and principal-level donors, and oversee a team of four Regional Directors of Development.
The Senior Director will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with alumni, parents, and industry leaders across key regions, including California, Georgia, Texas, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Tri-State area. A strategic leader and relationship builder, the ideal candidate will bring a track record of securing transformative gifts, an ability to engage and inspire stakeholders, and a deep passion for Morehouse’s mission of academic excellence and social impact.
