Fund for Teachers was established in 2001 to further its mission of providing funding for teachers to pursue their own professional growth and development to better support their students and strengthen their communities. Since its founding, the Fund has invested over $33.5 million in the support of nearly 9,000 teachers across the United States toward this mission — one of the largest funders of its kind to our nation’s teachers.
