The Opportunity

As more of UMass Dartmouth’s students choose to live on campus, the Assistant Dean and Director of Housing and Residential Education will play an integral role in strengthening campus culture and building an even more vibrant campus community that supports student growth.
Leading the University’s division of Housing and Residential Education, the Assistant Dean will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and expertise in student housing and residence life to shape and build a best-in-class operation that serves the needs of the University’s students, enhances their co-curricular experience, and generates essential revenue for the University’s ongoing success.
This is an opportunity for a strategic-minded and relationship-oriented leader to leave their mark on a national research university that is on the ascent.
