The Opportunity

As Combined Arms continues to scale its groundbreaking model, they seek a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead national fundraising efforts.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CDO will be a strategic partner who is responsible for securing transformational philanthropic investments and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for service, a track record of success in securing major gifts, and expertise in grant management and donor engagement. With a national platform and the backing of a collaborative team, the CDO will play a pivotal role in expanding Combined Arms’ impact and ensuring every veteran receives the resources they need to thrive.
