The Opportunity
Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking its inaugural Executive Director, Institutional Giving to lead and expand its corporate and foundation fundraising efforts.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and implement a strategic approach to institutional philanthropy, forging new partnerships that will drive groundbreaking cancer research and patient care initiatives.
The Executive Director will be responsible for cultivating relationships with national and international institutions, aligning Sylvester’s priorities with funding opportunities to secure transformational support. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Sylvester Development, this leader will collaborate closely with faculty, researchers, and senior leadership to maximize philanthropic impact.
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and strategic fundraiser with a deep understanding of institutional giving in healthcare or biomedical research, capable of building a sustainable pipeline of foundation support.
