The College is in the midst of a pivotal $500 million fundraising campaign, Making Men of Consequence, which has already surpassed the halfway mark toward its goal. The campaign is designed to expand Morehouse’s global impact by increasing scholarship support, recruiting top-tier faculty, modernizing campus infrastructure, and enhancing its Centers of Excellence.

The Opportunity

As Morehouse continues to expand its influence, it seeks an exceptional fundraiser to join its Advancement team as Regional Director of Development (RDOD).

Reporting to the Senior Regional Director of Development, the RDOD will play a critical role in securing major gifts to support the College’s priorities, such as scholarships, faculty recruitment, and campus modernization.

The RDOD will leverage a data-driven approach to identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with alumni, corporate partners, and individual philanthropists. This role demands a strong communicator, collaborator, and strategist capable of engaging donors and advancing fundraising initiatives across the region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire philanthropy, strengthen donor relationships, and champion the mission of Morehouse in key regional markets.

This position has the option to work remotely from within the region (West Coast, Central, East Coast, Midwest) they are responsible for.

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$125,000.
