The Opportunity
The College of Engineering seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Director of Corporate and Industry Relations to lead corporate engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and position UTA as a national leader in engineering education, research, and innovation. This highly visible role will drive industry collaboration, increase research funding, and expand corporate philanthropy.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Development, the Senior Director will design and execute a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, grow, and steward relationships with industry leaders locally, regionally, and nationally.
In close partnership with the Dean, Assistant Dean, and Assistant Vice President for Strategic Partnerships, the Senior Director will identify high-impact collaboration opportunities that enhance research funding, experiential learning, and workforce development.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with a track record of securing corporate and foundation funding, driving business development initiatives, and forging mutually beneficial partnerships between industry and academia. Passionate about advancing engineering education, research, and workforce readiness, this individual will be instrumental in elevating the College’s visibility and impact.
